Sally and her team are amazing!
I was a bit sceptical when I first heard of a “Reiki” treatment as I’d vaguely heard about it but thought it was a kind of a hippy thing and something that could not be measured.
However, I was curious and met with Sally. She explained the process to me and asked me to try it and then see what I thought. So, I decided I’d give it a go.
Well, what an amazing result.
I could instantly feel warmth from Sally’s hands and energy running through my body like electricity or a mild “pins and needles” feeling. I fell into a deep relaxation, and I felt a kind of realignment. (Which is kind of hard to explain). After the first session I felt amazing.- Lighter, calm and clear headed.
I was so impressed that I signed up for Sally’s treatment course and ongoing Reiki sessions. Plus, I signed my whole family up to receive treatments.
I think everyone needs to experience this amazing healing energy for themselves. I couldn’t recommend Sally and her team highly enough.

After three sessions of the red light therapy at Flourish Wellness and Care, I just had to share the way I am feeling as the Centre is so beautiful and tranquil. I feel so relaxed there.
It’s like going to a pamper session but with incredible health benefits. I come away feeling energised but calm and relaxed.

I don’t suffer with aches and pains but if I did, I am sure they would have lessened with the red light therapy.
Lying there with the warmth on your body, listening to the relaxing music and having been welcomed by Sally who is so caring has made this a very special experience.
